Q.) How do I find out how much a website will cost?
A.) Fill out our Quote form to get started. Click Here Then we'll contact you with further questions. We intend on giving you an accurate pricing proposal. We do not believe in under estimating and then coming back to you later asking for more money. When we present you with our final quote, the price we present you with will be the price you pay. No surprises. The only exception will be when you've given us an approval on something and then change your mind during the web building process. In which case you'll be charged hourly at the design and layout rate related to the web design and management plan you've chosen for the additional changes.
Q.) How do I get the ball rolling. I need a great website like now!
A.) Fill out the Quote Form and we'll get back with you real quickly. We'll ask you some more questions about the direction you want to head in and what you invision your site looking like. We will then go to work on a mockup to present to you. We charge you nothing for this if you do not use it and we do not move forward to your project. There's no risk and no commitment at this point. Once we have approval on the mockup, we'll move forward.
Q.) How are payments handled?
A.) Once you approve the mockup and agree to the pricing proposal, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due prior to the start of the project. We can accept Visa and Mastercard for your convenience. The balance is due 30 days after the start of the project or when th eproject is completed. Which ever comes first.
Q.) What is a Retainer/Management Program?
A.) Successful websites are updated often. The frequent updates are what brings website visitors back time and again. When you put us on Retainer, we'll give you either 1 hour or 3 hours with of management time (with the Plus or Pro plans) each month. Management time is when we'll make updates for you that you've requested. By having us on retainer you are also entitled to a huge discount on additional management time. 66% off of our Basic plan in fact.
Q.) Do I have to have a Blog, Photo Gallery or Forms like you have listed on the chart above?
A.) No. These are just options you have available to you when we design your site.
Q.) Is Domain Registraion, Domain Renewal, and Website Hosting included in any of your Web Design and Management plans?
A.) Domain registration, domain renewal and website hosting are all included in the Plus and Pro plans. Domain registration and website hosting is included in the Basic plan.
Q.) What is a Content Management System?
A.) The coolest thing since sliced bread! No seriously, our custom content management system is included in all of our Plus and Pro plans at no additional cost. We'll give you a login and ID for our CMS and you will be able to log in any time and make changes to the content of your site to make changes as often as you like. This way, when you need simple content changes, you do not inccur any additional charges for management time. How awesome is that?
